Doug Barrow - Chief
Executive
Following an initial career in the Merchant Navy, Doug Barrow
worked in the marine fuel markets for nearly 30 years, employed
by a range of international companies mainly in London, but
with experience gained in Singapore and the Middle East. He
also has a deep knowledge of managing a trade association being
one of the founding members of the International Bunker Industry
Association (IBIA) in 1993 which he chaired until 1996.
He was elected to Court of the Common Council representing
the Ward of Aldgate in July 2007 and was subsequently made Ward
Deputy.
In addition to his role with Maritime London, he is also a
board member of three other companies.
Bill Lines - PR and
Marketing
Bill Lines is a director of Navigate
PR, a London based provider of public relations, conferences
and training services to the maritime sector. Formerly communications
manager at the Baltic Exchange, he has worked with Maritime
London since its launch in 2000.
