Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised Marla Investments Inc. (Marla Investments) on its acquisition of the majority of issued and outstanding shares from certain shareholders of EuroHoldings Ltd (EuroHoldings), all of whom are associated with the Pittas family.
Marla Investments is a company affiliated with Greece’s Latsis family, who have had a leading presence in shipping for over 80 years. The deal represents its first foray into the US public markets.
