Britannia P&I Club starts a new chapter in its long history as it moves to new offices – just a stone’s throw from its former home.
Britannia P&I is the world’s oldest P&I club and has been represented in London for almost two centuries, since its establishment in 1855.
Its first offices were on Gracechurch Street and, until last week, the Club occupied offices at Regis House on King William Street, close to Monument underground station. The Britannia Group is proud to also have a worldwide presence, with offices across Europe, Asia, and North America.
As of 14 July 2025, Britannia P&I’s London operations moved to 33 King William Street; a change that will bring employees together across one floor. The new offices feature a collaborative flexible teamworking and lunch area, to allow employees to discuss projects in a less formal atmosphere, as well as state-of-the-art communications facilities to foster even stronger connections with colleagues and Members across the globe.
Andrew Cutler, CEO of Britannia Group, said: “Britannia P&I has been proud to be a part of London for nearly two centuries, one of the key financial centres in the world. The new office will help our employees work even more efficiently as a team and make it easier to collaborate with colleagues in other departments.
